 Lynn Fraser is a meditation teacher who supports people healing trauma through somatic mindfulness inquiry and building resilience in the nervous system. 

She is a senior teacher in the Himalayan Yoga Meditation tradition; and founder of the somatic mindfulness Stillpoint Method of Healing Trauma.
